In September 2023, JMA Ventures and Mohari Hospitality established a lifestyle and hospitality investment partnership to enhance their property development opportunities across the United States. Established in 1986 and based in San Francisco, JMA Ventures manages a diverse portfolio across sectors such as hospitality, entertainment, retail and commercial properties. Notable projects include the Downtown Commons in Sacramento, The Sawyer Hotel & Residences property, a Zoetry branded resort and marina, Red Lodge Mountain Resort, Hayes Mansion and pre-development ventures in Lake Tahoe and San Francisco.

JMA focuses on luxury hotels and residences as well as sports entertainment developments around professional sports arenas.

Notable projects since Mohari and JMA founded the partnership in 2023 include the Kimpton Orlando, at the Westcourt and Homewood Mountain Resort in Lake Tahoe.
