Prior to Mohari, Harriet was a partner at the largest Israeli law firm Herzog Fox & Neeman, where she specialized in commercial, corporate and hospitality transactions. Harriet previously spent four years working in the banking and finance department of the Paris office of the magic circle law firm Allen & Overy.

She is a member of the Israeli Bar Association and the England and Wales Bar Association. She holds a BA in Law from Cambridge University.

HARRIET FINN

Harriet serves as the General Counsel of Mohari overseeing the legal operations and governance of the group and provides legal advice on an ongoing basis including negotiating transaction documents, selecting and overseeing external specialist counsel. She has worked with the Scheinberg Family Office since 2006.

Prior to Mohari, Harriet was a partner at the largest Israeli law firm Herzog Fox & Neeman, where she specialized in commercial, corporate and hospitality transactions. Harriet previously spent four years working in the banking and finance department of the Paris office of the magic circle law firm Allen & Overy.

She is a member of the Israeli Bar Association and the England and Wales Bar Association. She holds a BA in Law from Cambridge University.

Prior to joining Mohari, Jason was an Executive Vice President and Head of Acquisitions for Hackman Capital Partners, a commercial real estate development and operating company based in Culver City, California. His primary focus there was growing their platform into the largest independent owner of studios and media related real estate worldwide.

Previously, Jason was a Principal and 14-year veteran of the Real Estate group at MSD Capital, the family office of Michael Dell. In that role, he drove the firm’s investments in hospitality, mixed-use development, and multi-family assets, and led strategic initiatives to invest in new growth markets and asset classes.

Prior to MSD Capital, Jason served as a Manager in the Real Estate Finance group at AIG SunAmerica where he was responsible for new originations in the Western United States.
Jason received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
