NEW YORK [January 1, 2026] – Mohari Hospitality has appointed Linda Nel as Head of Investor Solutions, and Mat Feldman as Senior Managing Director of Investments, bolstering its investment leadership team as the company continues its expansion in the luxury hospitality and lifestyle industry.

Nel will lead the development of Mohari’s investor relations and market intelligence functions to advance the firm’s global luxury hospitality investment expertise.

Feldman will oversee the sourcing, execution, and management of strategic investments across Mohari’s expanding global portfolio of luxury hospitality and operating companies.

Both are based in New York.

About Linda Nel

Ms. Nel is a senior real estate executive with extensive experience in investor relations, capital advisory, and investment management for global real estate platforms. Prior to joining Mohari Hospitality, she served as Director of Financial Services Deal Advisory at KPMG, where she led complex M&A transactions for real estate investment management and alternative asset platforms. Previously, Ms. Nel spent her career at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors, rising to Executive Vice President & Partner. In that role, she also served on the Investment Committee overseeing approximately $12 billion AUM and establishing the firm’s European operations, including founding the UK/Ireland Capital Advisory business.

Ms. Nel is a CPA and Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and holds a Bachelor of Accounting Honours from the University of Johannesburg.

About Mat Feldman

Mr. Feldman brings over two decades of leadership in the global institutional real estate market to the role. Prior to joining Mohari Hospitality, he founded Campaign Capital, a boutique investment banking firm advising public and private real estate operating companies on strategic investment and capital formation. Prior to Campaign Capital, Mr. Feldman served as a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group, where he focused on special situation investments in real estate and real estate-related operating companies across North America and Western Europe. Earlier, as a Senior Investment Professional at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, he pioneered the firm’s real estate investment platform, helping build it into a multi-billion-dollar division. Mr. Feldman began his career at Square Mile Capital (now Affinius Capital), where he led acquisitions and developed his foundational expertise in real estate investing.

Mr. Feldman earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and has been a proud Trustee for the Development School for Youth (DSY) for over 10 years.
