London – October 20, 2025 – Mohari Hospitality (“Mohari”), a global investment firm specializing in luxury properties and lifestyle hospitality, today announced the appointment of Yavuz Pehlivanlar as Chief Executive Officer to lead Hakkasan Group, a newly established entity consisting of the Hakkasan, Yauatcha, Ling Ling and Sake No Hana brands. In 2021, the entity formerly known as Hakkasan Group was acquired by Tao Group Hospitality to create a premium hospitality powerhouse, and, in 2023, Tao Group Hospitality was acquired by Mohari. As of September 2025, all branded locations (with the exception of Hakkasan Las Vegas and Sake No Hana NYC which will continue to be owned and operated by Tao Group) will resume operations under the Hakkasan Group name as an independent corporate entity backed by investment from Mohari, marking a new chapter for the continued evolution of the Hakkasan, Yauatcha, Ling Ling and Sake No Hana brands.

Today, the newly established Hakkasan Group’s portfolio encompasses 22 locations across 3 continents including London, Mexico City, Dubai, Shanghai, Miami, Mumbai and many other cities. The brand’s dedication to enduring design and immersive atmospheres has set new standards in luxury hospitality, while its award-winning wine offerings and creative cocktail menus continue to captivate guests worldwide.
